1. Introduction and Acceptance

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 4. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in PKR. To submit a withdrawal, navigate to the Withdraw section of your account, enter the amount and confirm. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be requested against those funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dewi11 offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time of each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement). You must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dewi11 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or display errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through an identified technical error will be voided.

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud or other illegal financial activity.

dewi11 monitors account activity continuously. Players found engaging in any prohibited activity will not be entitled to any funds held in their account at the time of suspension, including both real-money balance and active bonus balance.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

dewi11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or suspected.
• Account verification cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard.
• Unusual transaction patterns are identified that require investigation.
• A self-exclusion request is received from the account holder.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held securely and released upon satisfactory resolution of the review — provided no Terms breach is confirmed. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in line with these Terms.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account with an available balance and no outstanding wag ering requirements, we will process a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
